Tobin Allen
Tobin Allen is a Real Estate Broker and fifth generation Austin resident. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. He has 18 years experience in Real Estate as an agent and broker at Allen Real Estate where today he is now the designated broker.
Tobin enjoys helping people buy sell and invest in real estate and has completed over 130 transactions in MLS as a member of the Austin Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors
His two greatest interests have been helping his clients make the best decisions and making successful real estate investments. Ten years ago Tobin started a vacation rental business that has grown steadily over the years, and at this point today has completed over 3,000 reservations with over 1,517 reviews, 97% being 5 stars.
Tobin has also been grateful to serve as a board member on the board of directors for Robinson Family Management for the last three years, and will begin a new three year term.
Jennifer Allen
Jennifer Allen has been helping families buy and sell real estate in and around Austin for over twenty years. Born and raised in Austin, she is familiar with the culture, areas and changing market dynamics of Austin and the surrounding cities.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences degree with Texas State University. She’s a member of the National Association of Realtors & has facilitated sales as both an agent and Broker of the Allen Real Estate team. She partners with fellow Broker & husband, Tobin Allen.
Jennifer’s enjoyment and success of working with people as well as her passion for interior design & architecture are what led her to the real estate field. She loves searching and locating the perfect home or investment for all of her clients as well as helping them with listing and selling their current home.
Jennifer enjoys writing, has a passion for animals and stays involved in community service with her two young children through Generation Serve and Austin Pets Alive.
She is happy to assist with any and all real estate needs.
